Cynthia Morrison Phoel will be reading from Cold Snap: Bulgaria Stories in Bethesda

Cynthia Morrison Phoel (Bulgaria 1994-96)  will be reading from Cold Snap: Bulgaria Stories at The Writer’s Center in Bethesda, MD, on Sunday, June 26, at 2:00 p.m.
