Randy Wood (Nicaragua 1998–2000). His books include Moon Nicaragua and Living Abroad in Nicaragua (both co-authored with fellow blogger Josh Berman).  In Benin has served as he Resident Director of the Millennium Challenge Corporation, an innovative economic U.S. government development agency that works with small developing countries to help them implement development projects that remove key impediments to economic growth.
