Day at the Capitol
Celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Peace Corps at the State Capitol -200 E. Colfax, Denver, CO 80218. The day begins at the  9 am with a proclamation commemorating Peace Corps in the Senate, then the proclamation will move to the House.
Throughout the day, artifact tables will be on display on the first floor, hosted by Returned Peace Corps Volunteers.
Later that afternoon at 1pm in the House Committee Room 0109 on the ground level a reception with Representatives Jeanne Labuda (Liberia 1969-1971) and John Kefalas (El Savador 1979-1980) and Senator Bob Bacon.
