		<description>Phil:  Great review.  Particularly liked the "logic of capitalism" and "rational capitalist" analogies as they are quite telling when applied to food.  (They seem to also hit the mark with the sub-prime mess).  Glad to see the Ethie 2's continue making their mark.  I'm buying my copy this afternoon.    Bill Donohoe (Ethie 1)</description>
