The previous post has created such a stir with some dear friends that a deeper dive into this rabbit hole is clearly required.

But like a catchy jingle I can’t stop hearing Hillary Clinton repeating in my head her infamous line in reference to the specifics of the Benghazi cover-up:  “What does it matter?”

I’m sensing a most powerful leitmotif of our times!  Songs and poems and plays fill my head these days with such a powerful slogan-like sentiment.  I can hear hollered from the pulpits and echoed in the raindrops: “What does it matter? Who cares? So what?!”

Take a pill,
trance and dance,
shop and drop,
drink don’t think,

don’t worry, be happy,
smoke and joke
see the doc, watch the clock,
click and laugh,
take a nap!

And THEY will tell you what and when it matters!

For Hillary’s forceful, borderline psychopathic reply, and her astonishing career full of fraud and corruption beginning clear back in Arkansas, she is considered a most honorable Patriot.  On November 14, The National Defense University Foundation will present her with its American Patriot award for being a leader who has “strengthened America’s strategic interests and advanced global security.”

The NDU is clearly attempting to pave her path toward Presidential candidacy with a prestigious award, won by other such loyal patriots and fellow master manipulators as cozy Bonesmen George H.W. Bush and Henry Kissinger and in a similar vein of absurdity as Obama being awarded the Noble Peace Prize, though he has engaged us in no fewer than seven wars.

But I digress.  The original “So what?” was in reference to a Facebook posting concerning the fact that CIA agents wrote A Course in Miracles, aka, the New Age Bible.

Clearly the bulk of our nation’s population is in a potent trance from which they refuse to awaken.  I wonder, might it have something to do with too many doses of government-manufactured LSD?  In his 1980 interview in Playboy magazine John Lennon also claimed that the military and the CIA created LSD, though this did not stop him from encouraging its use:

We must always remember to thank the CIA and the Army for LSD. That’s what people forget. Everything is the opposite of what it is, isn’t it, Harry? So get out the bottle, boy - and relax. They invented LSD to control people and what they did was give us freedom.

So this is what freedom looks like, eh John?  NSA spying, TSA everywhere, random checkpoints, military tanks driving down city streets, an astronomical number of Americans receiving government benefits and absolutely no accountability for crimes by those in direct power positions.  It’s interesting, because I remember while the Berlin wall was coming down, and the Soviet Union was crumbling, freedom meant something else to us entirely.  Silly me, I must have taken a wrong turn in Albuquerque and ended up back in Stalingrad!

As Jan Irvin and Joe Atwill reference very clearly in their extensive article, governments have a long history of using drugs to control populations and the 60s counter-culture was no exceptions.

While the odd role that MK-ULTRA played in launching the psychedelic movement is well known, its involvement in bringing about another part of America’s descent into intellectual neo-feudalism is not. Incredibly, MK-ULTRA was also involved in bringing about the “New Age” quasi-religious movement, which debased the reasoning of anyone who succumbed to its philosophies.  Another progenitor of this movement, which believes in “channeling” and other fictional elements, was the book A Course in Miracles, written by two MK-ULTRA employees; William Thetford and Helen Schucman.[18] In the book the reader is asked to believe that Helen Schucman, a Jewish scientist hired by the CIA to study how to control the mind, was chosen by Jesus Christ to channel his current ideas to humanity.

I realize Irvin and Atwill say “well known” to mean, well known to anyone who actually looks, and gives a flying fart.

The vast majority of folks I know have no clue whatsoever and even when presented with data have no idea what to do with it.  They refuse to believe a handful of elites are manipulating society and controlling our government, though hundreds, if not thousands of books and documentaries with original sourcing are available as evidence with two-hours research and a few clicks of the mouse.  No need to take my word for it!

The research in their article Manufacturing the Deadhead is extensive and as much as I’m tempted to quote a good portion of it here, it seems less important than to ask once again, why do so few people care?

Why do so many agree with Hillary and the Marianne Williamson fans mentioned earlier in their protestations of who cares, what does it matter, so what?

I believe H.G. Wells provided a decent answer to that in The Open Conspiracy: Blueprints for a World Revolution (1935).

“The one main strand of truth in the theory of social development woven by Marx and Engels is that successful, comfortable people are disposed easily to dislike, obstruct, and even resist actively any substantial changes in the current patchwork of arrangements, however great the ultimate dangers of that patchwork may be or the privations and sufferings of other people involved in it. “

With half of Americans in households feeding on the government cheese, literally and figuratively, and the other half scurrying like rodents to pay for it, is it really any wonder why so few are willing or able to take a dive down the rabbit hole with me?

I can’t help but end with one of my favorite quotes of all time:

To walk in money through the night crowd, protected by money, lulled by money, dulled by money, the crowd itself a money, the breath money, no least single object anywhere that is not money, money, money everywhere and still not enough, and then no money or a little money or less money or more money, but money, always money, and if you have money or you don’t have money it is the money that counts and money makes money, but what makes money make money?
