Due primarily to the new addition of the most obstinate 6 week old puppy imaginable this post will be in pictures, because I’m too tired for words.  Adding to my sleepless nights is my continued fight against the ever invasive poison ivy again encroaching into the garden, onto the porch, and under every tree.  Now with my fourth boiling rash of the season I have given up the battle of chemical free eradication and brought out the big gun:  Super size Round-up with pump sprayer–to the rescue at last.  I tried, I really did, but if I ever hope to sleep again, or have scar-free wrists and ankles, it’s time to admit defeat.
