There is no question in my mind that what Congress will pass will only be the beginning of a decades-long effort to strengthen and improve how we pay for and deliver health care in this country. I worked on the Clinton health reform effort and have helped to blog on health reform for the Obama campaign, and I believe that we are embarked on a very exciting period of change.
