		<description>These pancakes were FABULOUS, thank you! I made them with gluten free pancake mix and I did add an egg and use REAL oil, so they were not low fat but they were YUMMY!!! Thanks!! I made extra for breakfast for every day this week!</description>

		<description>I can't wait to try this recipe. It looks divine and helps solve an age-old question: How does one justify pancakes, which are basically carbs, grease and sugar? Adding tofu and fruit to the recipe gives it nutritional heft, and deliciousness is of course a huge plus.</description>
