Anne’s bio:

As founder and president of SeeChange, Anne Pellicciotto has 15 years’ experience with systems-level change in diverse environments - from IT transformation to reorganization, new program launch to board alignment. In 2010, Anne took the plunge into the waters of her own change and joined the Peace Corps. As a sustainability specialist for SEMARNAT (the Mexican EPA), Anne had a chance to put her business and organization development tools (and her Spanish) to the test in under-served rural and indigenous communities. She was also invited an professor of The Human Element at Universidad Polytecnica’s (UPSLP) School of Industrial Engineering, a yoga teacher, and an English instructor in her ‘casa adoptada’ of Rioverde, Mexico. Anne has a BS Business/Decision Information Sciences (University of Maryland) and an MS, Organization Development (American University/NTL Institute). She is a frequent conference speaker and workshop facilitator on themes of organizational and personal transformation. Anne is an award-winning photographer and an aspiring author.
