Mark Fullmer (Philippines 2010-2012) is currently serving as a teacher of English language fluency in one of the largest batches of Peace Corps Volunteers assigned to the Philippines. Prior to service, Mark lived across the United States, finding employ as a construction worker, musician, nightwatchman, hotel receptionist, and college writing instructor. He is the author of the poetry collection,
